Step1. Register

Open wwww.cooper-bussmann.cn  and then check the top side to find the "Sign in" button to "create a new account" to register.

第一步：登记

打开www.cooper-bussmann.cn，然后检查顶部找到“登录”按钮，“创建新账户”登记。

 

Step2. Log in

If you are already one of our members, just click "Sign in" button on the top of our home page.

第二步：登录

Step3. Pick out what you need fuses.

Step6. Choose delivery

Step7. Pay

You will receive an email for order confirmation from us after you place an order,  It is an order confirmation and PROFORMA INVOICE of your order and then kindly you。  Kindly you please don't forget to mention the ORDER NUMBER once you doing.the payment and please inform us that you have remitted the payment by return.email because we will prepare your goods directly once we know you have pay it.

Step8. Check confirmation in registered e-mail box

Step9. Get agreement on all details

All orders must be confirmed within 5 days after we get full payment of your order, otherwise, our system will change your order status automatically to be "making your order" without any return, exchange and refund under any conditions only for already paid orders. Step10. Ship

we will ship your order within 1 working days ASAP by EMS or DBANG or shunfeng after we got your payment successfully.Besides, our customer service will send you a tracking number when the goods is shipped to you. It will make it easy for you to track it online in person and will also change your order status to be "shipped"

Step11. Logistics Problems and Product Quality Problems

Please check the packaging of the full extent carefully when receiving.If goods is damaged during transit, we will return you directly.Please note that after you receive the package and sign it, we will be deemed that you have agreed the product is intact during transit.For the quality problems, please send email together with the photos of the broken items tojhon@cooper-bussmann.com.cn, We always handle this for refund or sending a new one with your next order

第十一步：物流问题与产品质量问题

请在收货时仔细检查包装。如果货物在运输途中受损，请直接退回。请注意，您收到包裹并签字后，我们将视为您约定该产品在运输过程中完好无损。如质量问题，请发送电子邮件连同破损的物品的照片至 jhon@cooper-bussmann.com.cn，我们将退款或发送一个新的订单给您。
